It is a pale, star bright, lemon yellow wine that glints in the glass. Its savory aroma features rosemary, white pepper, and pear with hints of jasmine. The flavors of green apple, pineapple, white pepper, and thyme help this wine pair with many foods.
We utilize steel tank fermentation on this white to instill bright, fresh fruit flavors in the wine.
