This wine is tobacco and cherry pit with a cleansing bright acid. dried plum and black tea are on the mid palate and finished with white pepper and cigar.
Food Pairing: This is a food wine! Fatty foods help this wine to shine, think osso bucco, grilled beef, smoked pork. Get saucy with creamed oyster sauce, grilled chicken fettuccine, Bacon & green beans, duck with plum glaze, carne asada, and paella. Dessert could be aged Gouda or flourless chocolate torte.
